"Kwani sisi ni wanawake..." Meme

 For the past week the meme kwani sisi ni wanawake has been trending making rounds in social media with people using all sorts of words.

Kenyans have been known to use the social media to the fullest to the extent of coming up with the "Kenyans on Twitter (KOT)" phrase memer in kenya have provided another angle of happiness to the people who follow them and support them to the extent of being given nickname such as "mkuu" and "pedi wa meme".

Do memes go overboard?

In the recent days the phrase  "kwani sisi no wanawake?" have gone overboard giving no value to a woman's position in the society.

(a) Tujipake mafuta kwani sisi no wanawake

Women have been known to beautiful love being clean which involves " kujipaka mafuta" nevertheless men should also be clean.

(b) Tulale kwa nyumba kwani sisi ni wanawake....

On March 1st, 2022 an mc T.T wrote to his Twitter account how offensive those phrase are to women " who else feel offended and disrespected when guys are talking about this phrases on women? I think a woman space in the community is being lessened and if this is the generation we have on men I'm scared of our kids future."
